The Software Incubation and Innovations Unit aims at grooming the next generation of programmers that will empower and drive Uganda’s software industry.We do this through practical code labs, workshops and bootcamps.

The Software Incubation and Innovations Unit builds software systems for Mbarara University of Science and Technology. Some of the successful software systems that have been developed include: the Student Academic Records Management System (SARMS) and the University Central Timetabling System.
